Both customers, Growth Acceleration Partners and Premier Link are using our dialler. They've recently given feedback around wanting to be able to leave voicemails as a touchpoint for those they are calling. I've mentioned to them that this can be done if they use a single line (no parallel lines) but they both have complained that sometimes it will allow enough time and sometimes it does not. So it would be good to have some more configuration flexibility around this (for example, being able to change the time to longer before it goes to the next call) or perhaps the ability to do pre-recorded voicemail drops.
