Greater clarity on when emails will be launched

Customers regularly ask when emails will get set after they launch their campaign. Can we have helper text added to the labels that say "Scheduled on"? For example, a note that says "We expect emails to be launched within 2 business days during email sending hours - 9am EST to 6pm EST."
Or can we have a label that says "Scheduled for" that shows the estimated date for when the emails will be sent?

adam.goldberg doesn't solve this, but fyi that there's now a notification when it does finally start
