Users may import a contact list with a phone number missing country code. Reimporting the file with a country code does not actually update the phone number on the contact record in platform. workaround: delete the taged list and then reimport with the leading country code ( '1` for usa/canada) can we improve this process? warn user during import that the phone number has failed parsing and may not be a valid number. add option to add country code automatically if its detected to not be formatted as a valid number (can a 10 digit number default with a leading 1?) Allow reimorting of contacts to update phone number

In the Contact Activity log, it tracks when they were added to a campaign dialed, replies received and status updates but it does not seem to show when emails were sent such as sequences from Email campaigns and One Offs. This would be ideal to see engagement activity, particularly when dialing them.

User Daniel Davies at Martal shares: I was wondering if the enrichment process could identify folks who have "Retired" in their linkedin profile and avoid pushing them through to call. Ive seen a handful of contacts today in my calling sessions that either list their position as retired or when I view their linkedin page they have it in their profile.

Scenario: User gets updated number for a Prospect. Today, to update, they need to create an import file to 'update' existing contact. Ideally, an interface to allow editing the current data and saving it would be quick and easy. This often happens when getting updated contact info via a Phone call with prospect or other leads, reply email from Prospect, other contacts/leads who advise on the updated number to call.

Can't dial phone number of contact via Inbox. Can we enable it for one-offs on the screen? Scenario: User gets a reply email from Prospect to call them but User can't click on phone number to dial on current screen. Workaround for user: Click on the icon next to Prospect name to open the Contact Card, Here, user can click on any number listed for Contact to dial it via One-Off Dialer.

Both customers, Growth Acceleration Partners and Premier Link are using our dialler. They've recently given feedback around wanting to be able to leave voicemails as a touchpoint for those they are calling. I've mentioned to them that this can be done if they use a single line (no parallel lines) but they both have complained that sometimes it will allow enough time and sometimes it does not. So it would be good to have some more configuration flexibility around this (for example, being able to change the time to longer before it goes to the next call) or perhaps the ability to do pre-recorded voicemail drops.

If using the parallel dialer, make it more clear which number answered the call and allow the BDR to more quickly reference the contact details / LI profile so BDRs can be better prepared to use their opening script (i.e. Hi Bryan, this is Adam from Landbase" :)

Mentioned this to Bryan during a product call. Having a tag for a task will save customers from having to go into each task to check the notes.
